Incentives: Incentive payout on revenues generated in years 1 and 2
Equity: Sandro equity earned as additional compensation based on AUM/revenues
Role Objectives
This is a new role formed by combining the roles of an estate planning professional and a business succession professional. The baseline requirements are 10 years of experience with estate planning and some experience with business succession planning. The candidate we are seeking will work to ascertain their CEPA (if not already obtained) and learn the business succession planning protocols our external business exit planning partner delivers. This is a career-enhancing, augmenting, and growth opportunity to bring together the skills and experience of estate planning and business exit knowledge. Sandro will provide the learning path.
Objective:
Work with Financial Advisors and Sandro’s external business succession firms, as well as investment banking firms, to advise and lead the Financial Advisor and their client through all phases of executing the sale or exit of their private business.
This role requires an experienced estate planner to bring or possess or learn the business succession planning elements. This will be achieved with Sandro’s external partner firms and internal career augmentation efforts.
Work with Sandro, Senior Wealth Strategist, and the third-party Financial advisor to manage all aspects related to the business owner's needs from start to finish for the exit of their business.
This role will collaborate with business development efforts to form a bespoke team of internal subject matter experts, tailored to meet each unique client scenario effectively.
Market Sandro’s value-add capabilities to co-develop new clients by educating prospects on the value of Sandro, including:
Investment platform providing access to public equity, bond markets
Access to private market credit and equity including PE, Growth PE, VC, Private Credit, Infrastructure
Portfolio proposal analysis platform using Monte Carlo simulations, goals-based, shortfall analysis
An investment platform competing against private bank investment platforms (mostly national Broker-Dealers and regional and local Private Banks)
Estate and business planning capabilities with an in-house legal team (min $10mm client) where we provide full estate and business planning work
Law firm access through trusted partnership to draft documents
Business succession planning firm through trusted partners
Risk and asset management consulting and advisory services - life insurance analysis
Banking as a service to bank and non-bank lending partners
The Estate +Business Succession planner (“EBP”) will be the internal Sandro subject matter experts, while calling upon external expertise in business and estate planning when appropriate. EBP maintains an overall broad relationship management role with each self-sourced client.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in estate planning with HNW clients to secure their wealth management.
Experience working with subject expert colleagues and a proven track record of bringing them together as a team to acquire best and serve clients
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in client deliverables
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong influence skills and can gain support for their vision with partners

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA , CPA, CEPA, CPWA or other applicable designation preferred
